I had a fantastic experience with Jonathan's support. It really went beyond what I was expecting. He went the extra mile to help me with my refund and, best of all, his communication was prompt and engaging. I really hope others can take a page from Jonathan's book on customer service.

I shut down my account nearly two weeks ago (thankfully, I locked my credit cards). I got a text on Tuesday, 11/15, and another one today, 11/17, saying my bank turned down $239.99 in charges. I don’t know what kind of scam they’re running, but it’s definitely not cool. When I attempted to log back into my projectcasting.com account, naturally, I got an error message saying I don’t have an account anymore. So, if I don’t have an account, why are they trying to charge me???? I really wish there was a way to share my screenshots on Trustpilot.

I’ve gotta say, this has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had with any online service related to casting. I signed up for a subscription that was supposed to cost 20 bucks, but instead, they took 239 from my account. When I reached out about this issue, all I got was a message saying my subscription would be canceled, but I could still use it until next October.

I told them I wanted my money back and that I didn’t want to deal with them anymore, but they just shut down my account. Not a single dollar has been refunded to me, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no replies. Now, I can’t even get into the account they charged me 250 for.

So, to sum it up, they took money from my account without my permission.

They closed my account and haven’t given me a refund or any responses.

239 dollars taken from Project Casting—these folks are seriously unethical.

Honestly, it feels like a scam.

Actors Access, Background Acting, and Casting Networks are way more trustworthy.
